Default 97 mustng odometer problem

Not to long ago I realized that my odometer wasnt working. I figured it was that springs inside the odometer so I replaced the whole cluster. That wasnt it. So I tryd to replace the speed sensor inside the tranny...Nothing. The speedmeter and all still works, just not the odometer. Do any of you have any ideas that it could be?

If it was a used cluster, the odometer gearsmay have been stripped in it also.

I not really sure how that all works, but its a common problem for theodometer gears to strip.

odometer gears, i think thats what you need.
