are they the same thing or no?

are these the same thing with a different name or are they 2 different things?

a throttle body spacer and an intake spacer.

how are they the same? THROTTLE BODY spacer spaces the THROTTLE BODY from the plenum , and an INTAKE spacer spaces the INTAKE plenum from the INTAKE manifold.... come on now

I thought for the 4.6L 2v's they were the same. I know on other cars they have upper and lower manifold spacers, as well as carb or a t/b spacer.
