The code is the following:

P0153 - O2 circuit slow response bank 2 sensor 1
You get that codebecause it takes longer for the 02s to heat up. By the time they heat up to the right temperature the computer thinks that something is wrong and you get a code. Get a tuner to delay the time that your computer get the voltage reading from the O2 sensors. I have long tubes and I had that same problem. I used to start the car and just sit there with the RPMs around 1800 trying to get the 02 sensors up to temp quicker so I wouldn't get a code, however I would still get one when coming to a stop light (the computer still gets reading from the O2s). I took my tuner to Brian at Texas Hot Rods and he delayed the time for the computer to get the voltage reading from the 02s and I have not had that problem ever again.

I bought new 02s before I found out what the problem really was. It didn't make one bit of difference. So find out what chip you have, take it to a reputable tuner and get your front O2s delayed. You won't be sorry.

Can I delay it with a handheld tuner?

Sorry for the delay in responding. No you can't delay them with a tuner. You have to get a shop with the software to do it.

So out of curiosity, do all LT's rub against the steering shaft?

Mine does. There's just not enough space in there.
