Default Estimated time 1/4 mi ?

Just wondering what my time should be in the 1/4 mile for my car, since i havent taken it to the track yet. I have a basically stock 98 gt. Only mods so far is the k&n fipk and March UDP's. Thanks.

No, your car has 225 from the factory. 96-97 GTs have 215. So you have a little more power from the factory than me, but you are not going to be running mid 14s. High 14s most likely.

If you are a really good driver you could see mid 14's.....there is some dude on here that has done it. Most likely low 15's......with a little practice you could go high 14's.

When i got my stock 98 gt. all i had was a cold air intake and the best i ever did was a 14.88, then i put on some underdrive pulleys and saw a consisten 14.66. Its a 5 sp to

I've been running consistent 14.2s with the mods I have so if you run low 14s I'll be glad to sell my stang 'cause that's retarded. For me my problem is traction. My 60' times are just over 2 sec. which kinda sucks so I with some better tires and traction mods I'll be in the 13s easy.

My buddy with a 00GT ran 13.7 with just gears and a shifter...sounds like you are having some pretty bad problems if you are in the low 14s with your mods.

I don't know if there is a problem, but I don't powershift if that would make that big of a diff. I don't know if your buddy did that or not.
