Default Ball Joint replacement....(yeah...another post)

I just replaced my ball joints on both sides and didnt have a press......it likes about 1/8 in from being all the way in on both sides.....what would be the possibility of them seating after driving, or do I need to take it all back apart again, I did beat those in with a 5 lb. sledge hammer, but like I said, they like 1/8 in from being in.... help please....

when you get them really cold they shrink just a little bit making the install alot easyer..... that might solve your problem but ive never done this. i just read about it in 5.0 mag and muscle mustangs and fast fords.. it works for them.

Well......Ive already got them in...think it would be cool to take my chances?.....just that little bit thats not in, Im guessing an 1/8 at the most, think it might would work it self in, or would it be better to go get someone to press it in, Im just being super cautious.

since you have them in just go to autozone or anywhere that rents tools and get a balljoint installer to press them the rest of the way in, but dont drive the car with out them perssed all the way in. they look like this
