Thanks for the response guys. Point taken about leaving the engine on when refuelling. I left it running last night to keep the heat on for my girl was cold, but I now will shut her down when I refuel.

So I decided to give it a spin on my lunch break to the local Ford dealer (see if they can pull codes), I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts (shut car off) and when I return to go to dealer now, the light just went off upon the restart. So I decided to go anyway and ask the Ford mechanic. He said that when the fuel guage is towards, nearing or on the red area, and you leave the gas cap off for an extended time, coupled with the engine remaining on, that will trigger the light to go on.

So I guess it was the fuel cap after all. Thanks guys.

Get an OBDII DEcoder, they are cheap and they come handy.</P>
