HELL YEAH!!!!!!! It hits second pretty dam hard and 3rd too just not as hard (does not chirp 3rd)

If you have the predator tuner and adjusted your shift pressure/shift modulation to the max, this shift kit hits second a little harder that that. So for all of you that have the preadtor and want it to shift a little harder get this shift kit and you will love it!!!!

so where can I buy this, and for how much? do I need a chip before buying it? how hard of an install is it?

Fastsilverstang: Yes I can shift it like a stick if I wanted to, But with the predator I modified my shift points and just let the computer do the shifting for me.

Follow the links in this thread to purchase one, No you do not need a chip before you purchase the shift kit. If you do not know that much about the interals of a auto trans I would highly suggest that you take it somewhere to have it installed. I have mine installed at a trans shop.

Do you need the tranny cooler too, or is that just for good measure?

To shift like a manual or let it just shift it for you. Would you need a new shifter? With more #'s on it?(P R N D 1 2 3 4)

How are your downshifts with the kit installed? My AODe clanks on downshifts from 3rd to 2nd gear if I suddenly take my foot off gas under load at around 40 mph or so. It seems like the tranny gets confused. Did that since brand new. Shift kit I had installed brought out this "shift indecisiveness" even more.

Also, do you get passing gear EVERY time you hit on it? I don't and it really annoys me big time. Don't know what to do about that?

Any thoughts on this?
