Motor flush...is it worth it or safe?

Motor flush...is it worth it or safe?
I was curious if that motor flush stuff works, and if it's safe. You're supposed to put it in your engine, let the engine idle for 5-10 minutes, then flush it out (do an oil change). It's supposed to clean out the engine and get rid of any sludge, deposits, or build up in the engine. I was assuming since my car has just broke the 70k mark, it would probably be beneficial to do this. I just wanted to see if anyone else has, and if it's safe?
So should I use it? Any brands to avoid, or to use?

No that crap aint worth it. It knocks deposits loose very fast, which could clog the pump and that stuff cant possibly be good forgaskets and sealers
If you really have your heart set on using this sort of junk, get the Amsoil stuff. It's suppose to be pretty gentle and do a slow clean.

yeah, from what ive the more often you turn higher rpms, the more deposits get burnt off
in a granny driven buick deposits may be a problem, but seriously....you know everyone on here just about red lines their car at least a few times per gas tank hahaha

why dont u buy some cheap oil and change the oil but keep the old filter, then drive the car hard for about 100 miles then change the oil and oil filter to whatever u put inside it, this works for me to flush the engine out
