where's the hole? You could easily fill in the hole with weld and grind it down depending on where the hole is at.

JB weld might work but I'm sure some kind of shop around you will fill the hole in withweld for a small amount of money like 20 dollars maybe. But thinking about it, JB weld is practically made for stuff like this I would try that first as well.

I would surely try it. They make other stuff just like JB weld that can hold up to over 500 degrees. Just make sure what you pick out and use has a high tempture rating.

jb weld will not hold together at those temps, in fact theres nothing i know of thats available on the market thats meant to repair headers since they see such extreme temperatures. If i were you I would not use a product that can only withstand 500 F when your headers get hotter than that within minutes of running.

edit: to fix

either get it welded by a shop, good shop would charge 20-40$ at most, or send them back.
