How much timing do you guys normally run?

How much timing do you guys normally run?
I always run 93 octane in my car and i was just wondering how much timing should i put in my tune (being N/A)? Last time i checked it was 21 degree's of timing. Should I up it?
. Its over 30 but most cant run that as much so dont try. My engine is built to be able to run more timing even after I slap on the S/C.
