Noticed the coolant light on today, went and took a peak, and sure enough.

It looks like I've got 3-4 cracks running along the thermostat housing area. Definately leaking coolant.

Options?

Other than the 7-800 dollar aftermarket ones.

I've already replaced a cylinder head and tie rods in the past 7 months.

what all do they replace?

i didnt look THAT close at it while doing the head swap to see if its one piece, or what..

how much of it is aluminum instead of plastic?

420 is right, it could have been worse. i wouldnt get one that wasnt a ford one though.some of the aftermaket ones are cheaply made.
