Default Removing factory Emblems and Spoiler Help!

So with a 99-04 gt should i have any problem removing the factory gt spoiler and directly replacing it for an 03 cobra spoiler? and how hard is it to remove all the ugly emblems? Does the gt emblems leave holes or are they just stick on? I found a great deal on a spoiler and emblems so i was wondering if i could do this and how hard it would be.
thanks!

Good question on the spoiler. It should work but you may have to drill holes though. As far as the emblems go......stick with what you got or be accused of being a poser. Cobra emblems are for cobras. Go to autobadges.com and order something from them or better yet be unique and design your own. They'll be glad to make them for you.

I was just kidding. I was trying to save you from getting flamed for having a fobra. Yes, the spoiler will work, but putting cobra badges on a GT is just stupid.

The spoiler is a good find if it was cheap.Sticking a cobra emblem on a GT is basically saying you're ashamed of your car. I knew a guy who once took a black marker and scribbled the Nike Logo on a pair of cheap shoes! I knew they were fake and so did the rest of society!

ha well i just ment the overall fact of removing them and finding something more unique to put on it. didnt mean the cobra. but if i take off the ford logo and the gt emblems will it leave any factory holes? just do the old dental floss and credit card trick to remove them?

The GT emblems on the fenders have holes behind them. If you put cobra emblems on a GT you should throw some supercharged emblems on there too, even if it isn't, you might as well go all out on the false advertising.

yes there are holes behind the emblems. i would heat them up with a heat gun or blow dryer, pry the emblems off, then get some adhesive remover and wipe the rest of the glue off.
