blocking front air intake
hey guys, i ordered a PA (public address) SYSTEM because a buddy of mine had one in his car and we used to ride around and just say off the wall stuff to people and watch their reactions, well i installed mine yesterday, and the only good place i could find to mount it on my car was behind the bumber in front of the radiator. But now my check engine light is on, it might not be what wrong with it, but now when i crank my car the engine shakes more than usual, and it kinda sounds like i have a tiny tiny whole in my exhaust, i have lost a little bit of power it seems. But does anyone know it this would disrupt my airflow causing my check engine light (orange light not red) to come on, my dad said there is a red check engine light that means something is seriously wrong, and then a yellow or orange light that means it will run but get it checked. Yes i could just unmount it and see if that fixes the probably but it was a B***H to get mounted and i just need someone elses opinion before i take it off. Also i thought maybe my Air Filter was clogged so i took it out and cleaned it, still does it. Any suggestions, i have pictures below where its mounted (caught the dog stretching and yawning FUNNY PICTURE)

RE: blocking front air intake
you know where you should have mounted it?
in your wheel wells man jeez. you go 4 wheelin in that thing? stock ride height is a pain in the *** isn't it?
if it is the PA system that's causing you trouble try mounting it under the rear bumper. but i don't think that it is your problem unless you drilled into something.

well i just unhooked my PA system, the check engine light went off, but before i unhooked it, i turned the car on too see if it went off by itself and it came on, so i think im running too much stuff, i have the cd player, an XM reciever, neon lights, and the cb, but my car still feels like needs a tune or something i don't know, i think my mid pipe is about shot, i guess i should get a new one, i have flowmaster 40 series on my car, any one have suggestions as to what kind of midpipe i should get as far as keeping the flowmaster sound but making it louder
