Default RE: Injectors??

All depends on how much power you want to end up making.. the 42#r's should be good till around 575 or 600rwhp, anymore than that and you WILL need 60#'rs or better.. And out of curiosity, which procharger kit are you looking at that COMES with the 60#'rs? The only one's I've seen are the F-1 S/C kits, though I guess it depends on the vendor. I've got the P-1 stage 2 kit myself, and it should be good till at least 575 or 600, which should fairly well max the 42#'rs that came with my kit.

Overall though, if the kit comes with 60# injectors, and you DO want to make big numbers eventually, I'd keep the 60#'rs, cause it might be over-kill now, but once you start pushing serious boost you'll need them, and if you have to buy them separate, you're looking at between 3-500 bucks for the set I'd wager, so it'll save you at least a little bit of cash in the end. Something else you might consider investing in, if you have the cash available, is a good set of LT's.. The 2V's really do need the headers to help them breathe and make up for the 2 missing valves.. hehe.. Really though, they WILL actually help it breathe better, especially if you're going F/I in a big way like a D-1 or F-1 series procharger kit brudda..

60#'ers are way more than you need. 42#'ers are more than suffiecient. You may have driveability problems with the bigger injectors. They can be tuned but your tuner may have some trouble..i.e..idle/stall run rich???

42# injectors are capable of supporting 672hp N/A
60# injectors can support 960hp N/A both at flywheel.
each lb.=16hp roughly 19#'ers are good for 304hp at the flywheel for reference. 19lbs x 16hp=304hp total
