i have two cars running on e85. you will need a size bigger injectors and fuel pump and a custom tuned.

my buddy's 2002 mustang gt gets around 23mpg with it and 17ish in town. Thats on a s/c 433rwhp car. a car uses 10-20%more fuel with running e85. My friend has been running e85 all summer so far no problems. e85 gives you 15% gasoline to lube up fuel pump/injectors/and lines. a perfect burn for e85 is around 9.1ish and regular gasoline is 14.7 a/f ratio.

I've been thinking about it with my car. This site is all you need to know. You need 15% more fuel at normal driving and 20% more at WOT.
