Default Long Tube's hts or ceramic?

I posted this is pipes boost and juice, but no one goes in there soo I'll ask again..

Hey all I'm looking to order my long tubes this week. I'm looking at bbk's, and I know I'm deff not getting chrome, and from what I hear ceramic coated are the best, but what about the hts coating? I dont want to have to pay the extra 150 bucks for the ceramic if its not that big of a deal. I'd like to hear some feedback from you guys with long tubes, thanks a lot

from what md says, seems like the ceramic coating is pretty much for longevity, still wondering what the hts coating is, I'm guessing maybe just a rust preventative?

i would like to get the ceramic coated ones when i get them, they look pretty also... nice and shiny and ive seen that over time the HTS ones will rust.

??

A lot of people go to the pipes boost and juice forum. HTS coating looks perdy.

Ceramic is the best that you can get. dont get anything else you can run your car in 100 degree weather for 5 hours and wait about 5-10 minutes and they are cool to the touch they transfer heat better than aluminum does.

yea, ive got some LT headers on my super bee and in like 15 min after i turn the motor off and it was up to full operating temps.. i touched the header by accident and it was barely warm... i could hold my hand on it for awhile. now the block was a different story. [:@]

Does anyone know where I can find a good set of instructions to install my own longtubes? I think I way persuade my parents to help pay for some (graduation) so I figured I'd use that money for headers since they can cost a pretty penny. I don't want to pay for someone else to install them though. Any help/tips would be appreciated.
