$14.9k is high, I paid $12k for my '03 (with the "Premium" option) with 30k miles in December of 2006. If you have any bargaining power at all (pre-approved from your bank or cash), offer them $10k and see what happens. I wouldn't pay over $10.5k for that car...
Well it books at $14,700 at kbb...And compared to the lowered pictures provided, would you guys say you think mine is or is not lowered? Oh, and believe me, I'm not going to pay sticker price for it.

It's most definitely lowered, I don't think you white one is lowered, so there's a good comparison. Judging by how low it is, I'd bet Eibach sportlines? Which is about the lowest drop you can get, but I didn't choose them because the spring rate is pretty soft on them.

My k-member brace is the lowest part of my car, I didn't see one on the 03? Strange... Here's a picture of it from behind the driver's side wheel.

That's retail, seen the price of gas lately? V8s are not hot items for used car dealers this week!Car dealers are hungry as heck right now, use the KBB trade-in + 10% as your base and work up from there. They started out wanting $16.9 for my '03, after an hour or so of haggling and flashing a pile of 120 $100 bills in their face we had a deal. You do need pre-approval from someplace other thantheir finance company, or cash to make that work however...

+1

14.9k is mach 1 territory. i got my '02 about 3 months ago with 45k miles for 10k. and i would guess that prices have dropped a lot over the past few months. i'm surprised dealers are even accepting v8 sports cars on trade-ins anymore, 'cause no one is buying them right now (well except for enthusiasts like us!). i've seen A LOT more camaros and mustangs for sale around here than i ever have before.

Yea, I know. I'm pre-approved through my bank for over this amount...they are the ones that did the 2004 GT POS edition that's going back tomorrow. While it's being inspected tomorrow, I'll have them tell me if the stock springs are installed. Do the rims look factory? I believe they are. Anyways, I'll keep you guys posted on how the inspection goes. Oh, anyone have anything to say about the "repair" work done to the fender? Any reason why they would do such a sh!tty job??

Ok, this just proves that google is in fact super amazing! I don't know how well this is going to fly, so let me explain. If you read my prior post about the good/bad news, it says I'm stuck with ttnl. Well, I live in Texas, and I found this on google:

Click Me!!!!

Has anyone had to do this before? I truely hope the dealership did not know of this prior, and was going to make me pay plus file for this.

Ok guys, i took the car to my friends work and put it on a lift. Guess what!?!? Frame had buckled in two places!!!! The more we looked at it, the more we saw major signs that it was in fact hit, and hit hard! The panels up front didnt align right. So, this guy was trying to sell a wrecked *** 03 for $14,900. GEEZE! Oh and it did have lowering springs but we didnt know what kind. Looks like im mustangless for the time being. Now the dealer that sold me mine is throwing a fit about that form. They said they wanted me to pay them, and when they recieve the money, they would give me the ceck back. Tough ****, because i have the car and all my money. I could understand if they had my money, and I would be screwed until they gave it back, but thats not the case. Looks like im driving two hours to take this POS edition back to them!

Do NOT trust an automobile dealer at all, not ever not nohow. They are the sleaziest, most deceitful bunch of jerks on the planet, who make their living by lying and screwing people over.

Under no circumstances would I give one of the slimey bastards a check that they claim the will then be "given back".

i got the same wheels on my car they look pretty good on SN-95 Slobrah

also, just read the post about it being wrecked, my buddy just bought an 03 mach with 40k miles

for 17,9 18,2 or so all wrapped up and taken home... took a look around it and saw ripples on the right side of where the trunk closes, investigated and found body filler on his right rear quarter panel guess it was his fault but this still was sort of hard to spot and he was just excited to get this thing

Dealers are ********.
