your rev limit has nothing to do with anything but your mods!(confusing..lol)
your average car shouldnt even be takin to the stock limiter, you dont make usable power after 56xx in mot cases unless you have some head/cam work done or are force fed. when i get off my *** and make a tune for my car ima put the limiter at 5900 just for that extra precaution

Well if it is basically a stock 4.6, shut it down at 6K. It is not going to be making any power from here up....
