Default transmission noise HELP PLEASE

so tonight my transmission started making a clicking noise and the stick vibrates really bad in 2 and a little bit of noise in fourth, i have a 5spd and i installed a steeda tri-ax about 3 weeks ago and its been fine but tonight i downshifted into second from third too hard (i shouldnt have) and thats when it started i dont know what it could be but its fine in 1st, 3rd, and 5th it seems to feel a little shorter going into second and fourth but please if you have any idea what it could be please help me

hmm

may have lost the rubber washer in there...or popped the shifter out ever so little, but enough to make your shifts suck!

or your stopper bolt is screwed (literally)

no prob

take that shifter back off, make sure all your things are working right

they say u should recheck the stop bolts every now n then to make sure they're stayin

2003 w/32k so i really hope it isnt the tranny im pretty convinced its the shifter not going all teh way into gear because it doesnt go back into second as far as it should so im gonna take it all apart tommorow tighten everythign up and see what happens i really hope it isnt the tranny im still under warranty for 3k more well im gonna work on it tommorow and we will see what happens thanks guys for the help
