I want to be a little different, how hard will this be?
If some of you have been helping me on deciding what to do power wise you know that i wanted to buy an mmr shortblock stage 2 heads stage 2 cams and a supercharger. Well at the time the money i had saved up for all this i had to spend to keep my business but now i have it back and am deciding differently.
I want to be different so how hard would it be to turn my 4.6 into a 302 stroker? What kind of parts would i need for a job like this. Could i just bore my engine block i have now or should i just buy mmr's 5.0 stroker engine? The only reason i dont want to just buy a 5.0 block is i would need all new engine parts (heads wouldn'ty be a problem since i was going to buy them anyways).
Can some of you help me on what i would need and what do you guys think of this?
Thanks, Mike

I personally dont know all that much about it, but the amount of $$ you spend arent going to yeild the results your hoping to see. If your really set on this bore out a 4.6. It would be a PITA to put a real 5.0 in, if it could actually be done.
