i run 10w30 no problem, amsoil synthetic ftw.

 

all i know is that if you run standard oil and upgrade to synthetic that is fine and good. Now if you are already running synthetic then stick with whatever brand you have been using, its not good to switch companies often, keep everything the same on motors unless its an improvement.
