Default Eaton M112 kit on 96'-98' 4V ? Already Purchased

I just bought an Eaton M112 supercharger kit. It came with stock pulley and pulley cover, the T/B, Plenum, harness, heat exchanger(intercooler) and reservoir, 90mm mass air and 03/04 airbox, 39lb/hr fuel injectors with rails, vacuum line harness with brackets and sensors. Ok, here's the question: I'm building a 97' cobra motor .030 over with forged internals, I plan to port the T/B, plenum, blower and heads all to match. What will I need to do this, I've explained my situation, is there ANYTHING ELSE I will need to do this? I.E, adapter plates to fit blower? What about the belt routing? Fuel pump size? Please help!!

your not gonna be using 96-98 heads with that blower hope you knew that before you bought em. 96-98s are b heads which have 2 ports per cylinder a round and a square one. 0304 cobra heads are c tumble port heads which are a split single port. the blower manifold wont bolt up sorry.

The cobra motor came out of my 97 Cobra, so what heads will I need? JUST the 03/04 Cobra heads will work with the Eaton M112? Anyway I look at this, I'm only $350 into this entire project so far, so I'm open to suggestions. THANKS GUYS!!

any c head should work which would be 99 cobra up, mach 1, 03-04 cobra. or you could ball hard and look for a set of FR500 heads.

By the way, even if I did purchase "C" heads, would they bolt onto the 96-98' block? I found a set off a 2001 Lincoln Continental.

After I get the C tumble-port heads, will the 96-98' 4V timing chain cover still work? And as far as getting it all for $350, A buddy of mine owns a mustang authority dealership, this was all a take-off of a 2004 Cobra that was upgraded to KB. It was in his shed, along with A TON of other stuff. But my luck, he doesn't have a C head.. go figure. IF ANYBODY OUT THERE HAS A C HEAD FOR SALE, PLEASE CONTACT ME @ CONORNEWTON@CFL.RR.COM !! thanks

As I am sure you know, the cobra's used a lower secondary crank pulley to drive the supercharger. That secondary pulley is a lot bigger than the stock pulley, in order to spin the blower. If you try to spin the blower on the stock accesory belt pulley it will not make boost. It will also need some sort of idler brace/assembly and a second belt to run the blower. Even with a 2.8 upper 5-5.5 PSI is max. on the stock pulley.

I am sure they left all that stuff on the cobra to drive the KB.

You're absolutely right, I DO NOT have the secondary crank pulley needed. What will I need to do for that? You guys have given me more help just today on this topic than local shops around my area in the past week and a half, can't thank you all enough!!!!
