potential problems??
Are there any potential problems that could come about by putting in an aftermarket throttle body and plenum? My g/f's friend is getting rid of his mustang and is willing to sell me his accufab setup for 230 and my stock throttle body. But I'm afriad to give up the stocker in case something goes wrong and i need the stock one. So just wondering if there are any problems that could potentially arise, or should i just go for it.
thanks

RE: potential problems??
broken throttle position sensor is pretty common and about ($65). happened to me and quite a few guys on here. if you get a supercharger that sits on top you prob wont be able to use it. throttle/idling issues but they are pretty easy to fix. dont expect much difference, if any. most problems come from install if you do it yourself lol

I have a BBK/Roush 75mm tb. I noticed it feels stiffer than the stock one. I have to apply a certain amount of pressure to the pedal and when I do, it jerks the pedal down.

I kinda fixed the sticky feeling with a Tb spacer. (no not for any gain) picked it up for under 10 bills said what the hell, but not sticky anymore. Seems great, and makes the pedals even, like the spacer mod on throttle cable.
