Default MM Bump Stop ...

For anyone who installed the MM C&C plates on your car, how did you get the bump stop to fit inside the dang strut dust cover? I've lubed the heck out of it but it just won't fit.

I was thinking about making an incision in the lip of the dust cover to make it fit since they give you the zip tie but I was wondering if anyone here had the same issue and what your solution was.

its hard as hell to put that thing on but it takes time. try sliping 2 flathead screw drivers on the sides and then slip it in. use some muscle but dont bend the sides. first one took me about 15-20 min to get on, when i tried the screwdrivers it took me 1 minute. try that and see what happens
