Default and yet another tuner problem

So after the wrong serial number in the tune, then firmware problems with my X3, i finally got all that taken care of and the tune loaded. But, now my speedo is off by 10mph(less than). I called brenspeed friday and they double checked to make sure all of my mods were in the tune they created; and they were. I didn't recieve a response as to what it could be after that (because it was too late friday).

So anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?

It is correct with the stock tune. And i am certain its off, because there is a speed trap machine by my apt, and it clocked me at 45 when i read 35. When my gears were installed, i had a speed cal done. I dunno if that matters at all ornot though.

Can you not change any optional parameters in the X3? I would make sure the tire revs per mile and rear end ratio parameters are correct. Why do you need a speedcal anyways? You can correct your speedometer through the tuner.

in your X3 there should be the "select rear gear" option..

set it to whatever your gear is...

yea, but brenspeed double checked to make sure my 4.10s were incorporated in the tune they sent me; and they were.

F. it, i'm going to go try that after i put it back to stock just to make sure the speedo read correctly. That speed trap maching could not have been placed next to my apt at a better time. I'll be right back

no didn't fix it, of course. what about the other options? And when stock, it is correct.

i would personally remove the speed cal and just set the tuner to what the gear ratio is, i would assume the tuner is overriding the speed cal.
