not worth it in any way, far to large for anything but the most modified car, and even then generally the t/b is not a major restriction, the heads are.

not worth it in any way, far to large for anything but the most modified car, and even then generally the t/b is not a major restriction, the heads are.

yeah, i got that. i was just curious whether it was a worth the money getting it over the accufab 75mm combo. and they're about the same price.

What are your plans for the car? If youre going to port the hell out of the heads, put a gigantimous blower cam, and a 90mm single turbo on the car, then yes, its probably worth it.

If youre going to make in the neighborhood of 400-450rwhp or less, its going to be more expensive in the long run trying to find a CAI intake that would fit. I would imagine you cant use the one you have now so by buying a new one its already more expensive than the Accufab.

If you was going to run a foot race. Would you buy your shoes 4x bigger, or the one that fits your feet. The same goes for the motor also. Just buy what right for the set up that you have. You will be way ahead of the game.

The intake opening is still limited to 75-80mm I believe. Seems like a waste.
