well if ur asking stupid questions... you're gonna get stupid answers, theres a reason you buy TBs and parts in general for SPECIFIC cars... just because its a Ford doesnt mean it will fit...im suprized you've only had 1 person slam you for this lol. well 2 now

I realy wasn't slamming him. Common sense tells you that this will get you no improvments.
Picture it in your head you have a Oval object with a round entrance hole behind it now dump water into it sure the water will eventualy make into the round hole but it hit resitance and is now all full of turbulance this is the same thing that will happen to the air that enters into that TB and turbulant air is very bad for making HP.
That is why a Round TB has a ROUND plenum/intake and an Oval TB has a OVAL plenum/intake

I was wondering why you would want to do it myself. Just get one for a t-bird. It shouldn't be that difficult. It seems like this guy has a bit of a 'tude towards this forum just because he didn't get the answer he wanted.

you will need to cnc an adapter/spacer that will funnel from an oval shape to a circular shape.

So what are you going to gain? Good luck[8D]

If you pull it off post some pics.

For future reference nothing is impossible it just depends on how devoted you are to accomplishing it.

the idea is just dumb as stated before. BraMas explained it perfectly. You can't just go slapping things from one ford to another. In some instances you can but not most. You would be better suited to see what is available in the area of aftermarket throttle bodies for the t-bird.
