It actually wont pass emissions if you put a non pi engine in it because it is a older engine Iv always thought that you had to put your year or newer in for it to be emissons legal.

Im not letting them put a non Pi motor in. they dont know what the motor is and no matter what i say they wont call and find out. Its a GM dealership so they have no clue. so i took a trip down there last night and took a look.
It is a PI motor and the timming plate was off and it was a press on cam gear so its a earlyer PI motor. the vavle cover has 13 bolts so that mean its a windsors right?
i think windsors have 13 and romeo have 11 right?
