Default tranny mods

Ok so i was told the noise was the clutch engaging(which is rough in these car) plus a throw out bearing.
It s just a good reason to change the clutch anyways.
I m looking at all theses parts and really don t know what to get.here s is the list of the parts i guess i need.

i want to get all the parts then get it installed all at once so i don t have to pay to much for labor.
I don t want to make this car for drag racing so it don t have to be the best but i want it to be smooth shifting.
I mostly going to make this car for cone course ,race course, so lots of shifting.
please help with my choice in the parts.
I probably going to get all this at americanmuscle.com

so i need:
FLYWHEEL or can i get the old one re-surfaced
aluminum or steel? around 300$ but 8 bolt or 6
Fidanza Forged Steel Flywheel - 6 Bolt (96-98 and Mid 01-04 Mustang GT) 250$

CLUTCH KIT BUT WHICH ONE AND WHAT COMES WITH IT?
SPEC Stage 1 Clutch (Mid 01-04 Mustang GT, 99-04 Cobra, and 03-04 Mach 1)240$

SHORT SHIFTER WITH A NICE BALL
Tri-ax TR-3650 and Ford Racing Shift **** Combo Pack 190$

i guess this too?
CLUTCH CABLE
Steeda Clutch Adjuster Kit (96-04) 100$

so i guess 800$ total is not too bad if that s all i need and could that set up work

what else do i need and how much to install all that you think is reasonable?

or what would you do?
when they take off everything the should also clean my transmission gears ,smoothen the edges to right? or is that internal ?
i maybe buy a part a week slowly then change it all at once
how about the driveshaft?
and of course change the transmission fluids
would you put that money into something else firsts as a major modification or that sounds good

before all that i will off course change spark plugs ,brakes ,fuel system clean
a intake but haven t figure out which one to get , this one sounds good tho
JLT Performance Ram Air Intake (96-04 Mustang GT) 200$

next would be the suspension.but i really want it to shift smooth for road racing
anything you can think i forgot
please feel free to let me know

thanks in advance guys
