Default Service Engine Soon light still on after repairs

So I had my 03 gt taken to the dealership and had some repairs done and they shut the light off and it came back on like 3 hours later. I do have an o/r x-pipe so could the light be coming on because the cats are removed? I've also heard of things that can be installed to keep that light from coming back on because of the cats being removed. If so, will the dealership know what to install to keep that light from coming on because of the cat delete or do I have to do it myself?

The dealership more then likely will not install the o2 simulators. For the fact if they should be caught they can get a hefty fine. But if you don't have a tuner or simulaotrs installed installed to trick the computer. Thats probably the cuase of your light.

No legitimate licensed shop will install MIL eliminators, or and off-road H/X pipe. They will get in bog trouble with the Federal EPA, and their state's version of same, and be fined and/or lose their business license.

You can make your own for less than $5...
