Default buddies car throwing codes

so my buddy just put a new motor in his car a few days ago and everything started up fine and drove fine for a couple of day then today the check engine light comes on and reads these codes P0135, P0155, P0443, P1451. one says that the 2 front o2 sensors arent reading but that dosent make sense. could it just be that it needs a tune? we are both going saturday but he wants to make sure that nothing is wrong before we head up there. and here is his sheet of his engine.

Specs: (complete build sheet provided)
284ci. Iron block, 10.8:1 Compression
JE Pistons, Eagle H-beam rods, cobra crank, ARP mains, ARP head bolts, Clevite bearlings, JE ProSeal rings, Cobra HP oil pump, cobra pan. Completely Assembled.

Heads: 2V ported/polished (Gore Performance)
208 intake / 182 exhaust
Stock size Comp. valves
Comp. Beehive springs

Cams: Custom cams from Camshaft Innovations.
Duration @ .50 = 224.65 intake / 240.48 exhaust @ .500 lift
113 lobe separation
Peak TQ, 4,300rpm's
Peak HP, 5,500rpm's

Ok, you've got both o2 sensor circut malfunctions, and two EVAP circuit malfunctions. Sounds to me like yall forgot a ground or didnt hook up some wires correctly. I would double check that first.

P0135 and P0155 are bad front O2 sensor heater codes, click here to see potential causes...

P0443 is an EVAP malfunction, click here to see causes...

P1451 is also and EVAP codes, click here...

See what they have in common? VPWR connections at the PCM... You have a wiring problems or blown fuses or ???...

ok were gonna check all the wires, he had just hooked his nitrous kit then it started doing it so maybe he did something with the wires.
