will a complete 5 speed swap froma 98 gt fit into a 2002 gt? my car is auto but have a chance to get this 5 speed gear for 600 everything needed if it all fits???? please help

Yes it will bolt up but I believe the speedo plug might be different? Plus the 98 has a T45 trans and that is the last Manual you want to use for a swap. Most are junk the ones that are not are freaks of nature.

Hanlon motorsports in PA actually will builds nice t45s which hold up to alot of power, alot of people at maple grove PA and numedia run them in 500-600 horsepower cars and they hold up. The build costs around 1000$ plus the cost a clutch to accept the upgraded 26 spline, which is alot cheaper than a tko swap or t56.
