try getting the car warm then unplug the battery for a minute then drive it around after that, it worked to make my computer learn my maf. if that dont work you probably need a custom tune.

tune it. even with only stage 1 cams, your engine will not perform its best nor run its best without a tune. you spent the money to put it in, now get it running right.

Ya, im def gettin it tuned, but now I have stupid other problems like the tapping noise, its very wierd, almost like in fourth gear its either gone or just soo quiet you cant hear it anymore. Now I have coolant leakn from what I think is somewhere on the resivour tank. Almost looks like its coming out of the hose that goes to the lower radiator hose. Its always somthn!

I agree.

I also occasionally have that surging problem. My shop wanted me to wait until I got a few miles on the cams, and then come back for more tuning to get rid of it, but I don't like the tune they are givin me so I said screw it, gonna go someplace else.

I betcha you will make a ton more power after the tune, no guessing what your A/f is doing atm.

Why did you go with such a relativly high compression ratio? Are you planning on staying N/A?? After that forged internal kit N20 or a blower would be looking super tempting.

I plan on runing a small shot like 75-125. Im def gonna get it tuned just a matter of when everything is mechanically sound first. I remember seeing your dyno sheet and the A/F was waaay off, id def go somewhere else!

Well, found out that the coolant leak is coming from the radiator itself. Its wierd, no fins were damaged or bashed or anything, its just leakin from one row of fins. Tryn to find a good price on a new one, any body have any suggestions?
