usually 220-235 rwhp depends on the dyno.

I have been present at dyno runs on four new-edge GTs that were more or less stock. IIRC it was a couple of '99s, a 2001, and a 2003 (mine)--all were 5-speeds.

--------------------------------
One of the '99s had 125k miles, and was dead stock but obviously well maintained, running 87 octane--it peaked consistently in three runs between 215 and 218 HP.

---------------------------------
The other '99 only had 80k but it looked as though nothing had ever been done to it and had been thrashed. The engine was filthy, other than the eBay CAI and a P&P upper plenum (also an eBay special I believe). The kid that owned it was 20 or so and had received it as a hand-me-down from his mother when he was 17--the best it could muster in two pulls was 208 HP.

I felt sorry for the kid when the second pull came in at 202, but the engine was hotter and you could tell by the sound the PCM was pulling timing.

---------------------------------
The '01 had less than 50k miles, and was bone stock. The first run barely budged the 200 HP mark. Looking for problems it was found that the air filter had probably never been changed. The second run with no air filter, but air box and snorkel in place, was 218 HP.

---------------------------------
The first run I ever did with my '03 was 3 days after I got it. Mods were an o/r H-pipe and welded in Flows, I had replaced the eBay MAF adapter/hot air intake with an OEM air box and Purolator filter.

3 runs, consistent, best HP was 221...

So IMHO the 225 HP number that's generally put forth is probably possible, but most likely only with a properly broken in GT with low miles.

75mm Tb
Plen
O/R H
worthless CAI
and a SCT tune I made 260rwhp.

So the low stock numbers can be made up very easily!

Can anyone tell me approx how much I would be putting down to the wheels with the mods in the sig? In a few days I will be Sniper tuned and running 91 octane.

Cars got about 27,600 miles on it. I'm thinking maybe 245hp?
