Sounds like your rings, probably easiest way is to replace your shortblock

i have the same problem. And it smokes all the time. Its the #1 cylindar i know that much because the plug fouls. And the car only smokes out the driver side. And im burning oil like crazy. It sucks. I might buy a used pi motor though which would be sweet but i would have to go through all that pita header insatll again but itll be worth it. But i didnt get to read all the replies so im sure someone else told you this anyway but if you smoke like even after its warmed up its your rings.

Take all you plugs out and see if one of your plugs arre fouled.
