Default Engine Build: Oil Pump??

Hey guys so last night i put my heads on my block and tonight im gonna do the timing. I wasn't going to get a new oil pump but maybe i should? What do you guys think?

What i am doing is all in the sig

I wouldn't consider overhauling an engine and then re-using the old pump. Just doesn't make sense to me.

go with a melling oilpump billet gears and upgraded pickup..

mine was getting revved to 7200rpm with the stock balancer regularly and has been fine..
