Default Meziere electic water pump?

I need a new water pump and I was thinking about buying the Meziere Electric Water pump.. The article with it claims 12-15 rwhp with 15rwtq and 1-2 more mpgs. Does anyone have one of these and is it a good upgrade? Can you feel any power difference? And would I also need the relay kit that is optional in the ad?

This is what came with the article off of RPM OUTLET....

The Meziere extreme duty electric water pump replaces the factory high drag, horsepower robbing, factory water pump. The Meziere extreme duty electric water pump increases your horsepower up to 15 RWHP, and increase mileage by 1 to 2 MPG! This pump was designed with the daily street driven vehicle in mind, and it can also be used on fully equipped racecar. Installation of this pump is identical to the factory pump installation, and can be easily completed in less than 1 hour.

This is a direct replacement for the factory belt driven water pump. It comes equipped with a freewheeling billet idler pulley allowing the retention of the stock belt. It also provides an unbelievably constant water temperature under any condition.

What's wrong with RPM outlet? The only thing I've ever bought from them before was a CAI, so I don't really know that much about them.

RPM Outlet are con artists. You generally end up with refurb, off-brand, or both items that don't do what they're advertised to do (from the website). Bad fit, poor material quality, 'gains' are not 'as advertised', and oh yeah, the customer service/tech support is horrid to non-existant. Don't get me wrong, I'm seriously considering a Meizere pump for my next build, but I agree, go with a more reputable site. American Muscle, 50resto, Brenspeed or the site sponsor(?) are good...

I have spent thousands at rpmoutlet and not a single problem with them. Their hp increase ads are a bit inflated but isn't everybody's.

DO NOT GET THE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP UNLESS YOU'RE RUNNING A RACE ONLY CAR, it's not worth it. If it fails, it doesn't have any way of notifying you until your engine dies/overheats.

Electric waterpumps are not for a casual or even serious street car, they are oriented more for STRIP cars. if you really want to increase performance, just get an increase flow waterpump, I wouldn't risk the reliability.

Up to also means as much as, or no more than. 2hp is on the way up to 15hp.

BTW what part of Louisiana are you from?
