that is true i pulled one off my brother in laws truck and it was cracked where the deltas were welded in the body it had rotted out in the inside it was maybe about 3 years old

Summit racing has preety decent pricing on flows. . I agree with defconfire, don't buy a used set.

Do flows really rust that bad?!? I was maybe thinking of getting some until I saw that...

Not to thread hijack, but what about magnaflows? Do they hold up better?

I took my flowmaster 40s off just because I switched to the Roush side exhaust and couldn't use them anymore. If you want them let me know, only about 5-6K miles on them.

I've had my Magnaflows for about 3 years and have had no problems. They are made of high-grade stainless so rust should be a non-issue.

i had flows on my truck, rusted to hell in a year. never again will i buy flows.

I got flows atm, but when i had my other car " not mentioning names!!" I had hda flows on them till i traded them out for magnaflows and i thought the differance was so much cleaner! If i could i would go to magna again for the same reasons!! cleaner sounding!!
