Well i prefer looking good then being fast, because while owning a mustang, it is really EASY to look good!! So why not pay to bump up the exterior a little bit, then work on the engine in the future. Just IMO

Im doing mine the way a sports car should be done...First motor and then looks! I would rather have a stock looking fast *** car for a little bit till I could save up some money to do the looks. As opposed to looking fast as hell and being stock as hell under the hood! But hey thats JMO!!!!

you kinda contradicted yourself there. you said it's easy to look good in a mustang. why would you want to make something look good, look good by doing more? if you think you look good already, go for the engine. heck, if i do any body mods, i want to get a v6 bumper and quieter exhaust like code3gt said. make it look like a v6 and then 0wn them with the blown v8. i think mustangs are one of the nicest looking cars stock.

Eh, I like both.

My car sits in a parking lot for 50% of its life, the other 40% in traffic and another 8% cruising around on 45mph limit roads.

So why pay a shat load of money that really only represents 2% of my time in the car? Why not get stares and looks while the car is parked/cruising down the road/sitting in traffic.

Don't get me wrong, I have V6 clones, but honestly... $4,000+ in performance mods for me would be a waste. Shyeah, 1/2 of the people who mod their car do it just for bragging rights.

Whats the piont of buying a fast car then. People like the speed, the rush, the adreniline they get from driving tht fast sports car. Buyin a car cause it looks cool, but is slow and good on gas is something that ricers do. I didnt know we were on a honda forum here??

Berry punny!

I love the roar of a V8 and the 0-45 is where I'm at. I'm just saying there's no need for me to build a 351 and throw a turbo on it (was my plan at one time)...

Now when I get out to Iowa...bwahahah.
