i have a 02 gt 5spd, with jlt intake, plenum, tb,and weld in flowmaster 40....i am getting a bbk off road x pipe tom. for 50 bucks... would i get a noticable gain? and what do you guys think about programmer and 4.10s next...

It will be a lot louder...
That will be about the only noticable change until you do a catback and a 93 octane tune. Do the 4.10s after the exhaust and tuner (you'll need the tuner to correct the speedometer anyway).

When I still had my flows with my x pipe my car was too loud and I had to get a steeda/ borla exhaust that quieted it down. Youll love the sound it sounds like a formula 1 car when you drive in tunnels soo fun I miss my flows, but at least my neighbors dont whine any more.

That was the problem I had when I first got my '03. The fellow that had owned installed an o/r H-pipe and welded in Flowmaster 40's, it was so damned load that it was silly and embarrassing.
It was advertising something that an otherwise stock GT was incapable of delivering.
