Default Still having brake issues

I replaced a caliper on my car and can't figure out why there is still air in the lines. I hand bled and pumped the brakes at each caliper like 8 times a piece, and just today I gravity bled the lines for an hour and a half. I still have no brake pedal pressure, although the pedal is slightly firmer than it was initially. This is so aggravating. The Master Cylinder is not shot by any means, so that area of advice is useless to me because I will not replace it.

I was told by a Ford mechanic to gravity bleed, and that most of the time fixes the problem, but it didn't. Any suggestions?

You need to start at the master cylinder, then work your ways to the RR. There are 2 bleeder screws on the inboard side of the master cylinder, bleed there first, then move onto each caliper.

Also, make sure you keep the MC full at all times, or you will have to bleed the ABS pump.

are you trying to bleed brakes by yourself??????? you need 2 people to bleed brakes that way, one to pump and hold down the pedal and one to open the bleeder valve or buy a 1 person bleeder for 30.00 at autozone.

No, to gravity bleed the system you don't need anyone. All you have to do is keep filling the Master Cylinder. I bled it like that for like.. 1 1/2 hours. I had a buddy help me actually bleed the brakes the normal way though (open bleeder and pump brakes one by one)

My guess would be you have a leak somewhere. Check your fluid level and see if its noticeably lower after a while or if you see any signs of leaking fluid.

Fixed the problem today!

Me being an idiot, I didn't realize there were two bleeders on the master cylinder.. one for the front, and one for the back. The only one I bled was the rear one.. Once we bled the front one, like three pedal pumps of air before any fluid shot out.
