my wifes vic has the same symptoms, great looking plugs but smokes like a motha after long idles and start ups, i just figured it was the valve seals but you said you replaced them and now i see you got the same thing and your compression test is good, could it possibly be the rings? i hope not as i was just planning on putting some pi heads on it to fix the seal problem.

No, I havn't replaced the seals. I have a Stock NPI 2V 4.6 plus the cold air kit and PI Intake.

im sorry it was the pcv you replaced, thought you said valve seals, yes we replaced ours about a year ago as well, so then it probably is the valve seals imo
