i would say you would be around 450ish but like stated before cams would really help cause i have ported heads and cams and 7 psi i made 421 while running out of fuel and i was told with 12psi and a power pipe and finished fuel i would be between 500 and 550 depending on the tune but 450 is good to start out on cause when i just put mine on with 6 psi i was like holy crap this thing flys so 12 would be really nice lol. but you can always order the smaller one but i dont believe you can order a smaller pulley with that kit unless its separate. but it never hurts to call and ask man

Fox Lake has an excellent selection of head and cam combination's. Stage one heads start at around $1500.00 up to $2100.00 for the Stage III. Cams range from $500.00-$800.00 + shipping of course. Looking at the 255 or Focus pump, they hit 100% duty cycle at around 400-410 rwhp. You can turn the pressure down a bit, so they are not working as hard. If 500 rwhp is really your goal, you need to also look at fuel rails, look at the Cobra dual pumps and tank. The single Ford GT tank is a different style connector, and also peaks at about 400 rwhp. Clutch...look at the Centerforce DF. Works well.
Lastly, forget about boost. With Stage II or Stage III heads, and the ports being so much larger, it may only take 8 pounds of boost. With stock heads the same combination it would read 14 pounds. Boost is just a measurement of restriction in the intake and exhaust.
