Default Exhaust Experts please help

So,I have a 96 GT, and I have a prochamber, and Mac cat-back, and it has come around to that time of year when I need to get the car inspected and I live in NJ where they are very strict. So I have a shop that will overlook the visual test but I cant get through the inspection if I am throwing codes, I cleared them but after the car goes into ready mode the codes come back, I don't have the stock midpipe piece anymore, Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the car through the private inspection??
I have 2 mills(not installed) but Im not sure if these will even work or whats required

The codes are as follows:
P1035: O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1
P1035: O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2
P1055: O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1
P1055: O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 2

Thanks for your help

(on a side note, although only 4 different codes were being thrown, the computer listed them 3 times each for a total for 12 codes, Is this normal?)

not sure but the mils, wont help cause all 4 sensors are throwing codes. I know a few people that when they put on a new o/r pipe had to change all o2 sensors for them not to throw a code, although this is not typical.

I pulled the bulb from the cluster to get mine inspected. Took 5 minutes and it costs nothing.

Here in the greater Atlanta area with emissions inspection, the first thing they check is to see if the ck eng lite comes on when the key is turned on...That trick had already been tried, taking the bulb out!

well in NJ they hook you up to the computer, so reguardless if their is a bulb your going to throw a code,

I have 2 mill elimanators, will this be enough? why are their and extra two sensors failli ng?

It just doesnt make sence that all 4 would fail, 2 before the cats shoudl be good and the 2 after should be bad, any thoughts??

Get under there and double check to make sure they are all plugged in.

MIL elims will/should work for the rears, but they WILL NOT for the front. If everything is plugged in then you need to invest in 2 new front sensors and pray that your MIL elims work.

I know someone who would disconnect their battery at the shop for 5-10 minutes. That should keep you CEL off for a while. Your CEL comes back on immediately after reconnecting your battery?

If you are throwing all 4 O2 sensor codes and your front O2's are functioning, you ahve some serious exhaust leak problems coming form the header flanges.

When installing you offroad midpipe, did you buy the gasket for the passenger side header flange?

Pull your O2's out (all 4) and use a multimeter on them to see if they work.

Not gona work dude because those computers recognize when and how along ago was battery disconnected.
