Default question about steeda lowering springs

so im looking at buying the steeda springs off of america muscle. but im somewhat confused. there are two sets, sport springs and cmpitetion springs. now i know the name kinda suggest what they are for, but whats really the difference between the two?

also when i do buy the springs would it be a good idea to get the bump steer kit aswell?

thanks.

The competition springs are a bit stiffer than the sport springs. Can't remember what they are rated at tho.
