I'm sorry but "dizzy" sounds very gay when referring to car parts. why not call it a DIST. if you want to shorten the word

I had a feeling no one would be interested in it, I too don’t see the point. An Electromotive (or other stand alone) can take care of the problem and do a better job.

Oh and since and apparently threw sand in someone’s vagina here is an "off the shelf version" for a 3V motor. $1300.00

Sounds gay? Whatever.

It has been shorthand for 'distributor' for as long as I can remember.

Huh. Nope. Not feeling a bit gay.

Carbed mod motor = badass

I have a 98 Mustang GT sitting at home just waiting for something to happen... building a carbed and built motor might be in its future now.
Karkraft sells an ignition system that requires COP, but as far as I know that is the only electronics one would need to get a carbed mod motor running... no dizzy required.

Taking an already small cube low tq/hp engine and putting a carb on is stupid. The ONLY way it would be useful is if it were stroked, bored w/ HIGH compression and the user wanted to be able to be tuned without the use of a computer but the EEC does everything that a neanderthal can't do. And the things that the Neaderthal can do, the computer does it better, so what's the point?
