You won't have a loose injector. You'd know it.

Can you get under your car and see if your mid-pipe is coming loose? Your engine block would crack far before you'd crack a huge and heavy manifold.

midpipe feels tight... i got under there and wiggled it and shook it as hard as i could and it didnt budge. gotta be somethin else? could it be a blown gasket on the header maybe?

Midpipe can feel tight, you should take an extention to it and give it a couple turns and see if you can tighten it.

If you can get the car up in the air, a neat little trick while your car is running, have you and a buddy hold their hands over your exhaust tips, just enough to slow down air flow and give you a good idea of where your exhaust is leaking. I had to do this with my mid-pipe after I had it installed. Have someone hold their hands around any area's that can leak, they will feel the heat.

dan02gt is right. You'll feel the air leak in your hands.

You can also get a long screw driver and hold it to your ear and stick it around various places while the car is running to help hear where the leak is.
