I was thinking of getting a BBK one piece throttle body and plenum.
Anyone know anything about these?

It's a considerably larger than needed for an n/a 4.6L engine. As such there may be low throttle drivability issues, and it could even hurt WOT performance at higher rpms...

70 mm is as large a TB as needed on an n/a 4.6L, read more here...

Thanks for the chart and info. Accufab isn't cheep. I think I'll go with the plenum for now and add the TB latter.

Part of my point is that there is no need to buy the Accufab plenum unless you just want something very pretty under the hood. It will produce no more power than any other aftermarket plenum because they are all capable of flowing more air that the engine needs...

cliffy, i gotta ask, do you ever feel like a broken record with these guys? almost every thread i see you post in, you have to repeat yourself several times before somebody gets it in their thick skulls.... just in case, i hope i didnt offend you or anything, cause you really know your stuff.
