Default Need Clutch Help/Info

Hey everyone I'm fairly new here I have a 2000 Gt 5speed with 90k miles I am the second owner so I'm guessing the clutch has been replaced. Lately on colder days I am hear a noise coming from the transmission(chatter/squealing) at idle, when I push the clutch in it goes away. Could this be the throw out bearing? If it is I guess it needs to replaced, But While I'm replacing it I might as well replace the clutch? I drive it daily but I do push it some! I need some Input on some clutch kits/ Flywheels with out breaking the bank.
Hear are some choices I was thinking:
Aluminum Fly wheel with stock clutch?
Ford racing clutch with ford iron fly wheel?
Any input would be nice!!
Thanks,
Brian

if all you need done is the TOB, which it sounds like, thats all i would do, no sense in replacing a good clutch in a nearly stock car.

If the clutch has been changed, you just need to hear a few experienced opinions. When I changed my clutch, the Spec kit came with a new TOB. So I threw it in, and it started squealing the very first time i cranked up the car after the install. It's been doing it for about 1.5 years. Still shifts and drives great!

IMO, theres nothing to worry about, unless it sounds absolutely horrible.

spec stage I or stage II and regardless of what people say about the TOB provided by spec, I have had no problems with mine. (Knock on Wood)

Yeah I hear a similar sound when I push my clutch in every now and then. Have had the King Cobra Clutch for a year now and no problems. (ONce again) knock on wood

For you guys that have replaced your TOB, and stil have chatter you need to adjust your clutch. The stock Ford quadrant is not good enough for proper clutch adjustment. You need to invest in quality clutch adjuster parts (ie. quadrant and firewall adjuster) and properly adjust it!

That's not what I said, reread again. TOB=throwout bearing. If you have squeeling, chattering, ticking (however you want to classify it), you do not have proper clutch adjustment.
