Default Diablo Chip

I am thinking about getting a Diablo Chip and the guy who is selling me the chip is going to put my car on a dyno and tune it the best it can be tuned. I was wondering if anyone has a Diablo Chip and would like to hear anyones opinion on Diablo Chips. Let me know any thoughts you have. Thanks.

I have the tunable programmer - it's not a chip. As far as the programmer goes, I think it's great. You are able to adjust timing, air/fuel ratio, your speedo when you change rear end gears and a whole bunch of other stuff. For $330, it's well worth it.

I think he was talking about the chip, but since no one answered him, I gave him something.

I have a diablo. It is pretty much like any other chip, after its on a dyno it doesn't really matter what brand it is.

So long as you get a custom tune you have nothing to worry about. BTW, what are your current mods? I wouldn't bother unless you have changed the MAF or have installed most/all of the boltons (including headers).

I have the Diablo Chip. They wanted to know what mods I had, to do a custom tune. I every tuned it with a dyno. When I put in the Diablo Chip in there was a big difference in power and how she ran

I just bought a diablo chip myself. It comes blank and ready to be programmed. Anyone know where to find a dealer that will program it? What do these chips run new? I hope I didn't get ripped off. Thanks...

2000GT- I have no current mods to my car but I was going to purchase 4.10 gears, a CAI, and a Diablo chip at the same time and have the shop owner do everything from putting the CAI on to tuning it for me. Tell me what you think...$$$ is my only problem right now, I have enough for everything I just listed but nothing more. Let me know. And thanks for the help everyone.
